Modification of Stay
CANCELLATION POLICY
On our regular rate and regular promotional rate
Short stay (2 nights or less) and reservation of 2 rooms or less:
- In case of cancellation less than 48 hours before the arrival date, a charge equivalent to the first night of the room(s) will be applied (plus taxes).
Long stay (3 nights or more) and booking of 3 rooms or more:
- For cancellations made between 5 days and 48 hours before the arrival date, a fee of 50% of the total amount will be charged.
- In case of cancellation less than 48 hours before the arrival date, the total amount of the stay will be due.
For any other rate, refer to the specifics of your rate for cancellation conditions.
STAY MODIFICATION POLICY
- In the event of a change, we will do our best to accommodate your request, if it is permitted.
- No changes possible within 48 hours of the arrival date.
- After a modification, the stay cannot be canceled or modified.
- For our Signature Stays, a specific policy is in place for modification/cancellation. Refer to the description of each stay.
In case of no-show the full amount will be charged.
No refunds will be issued for early departure.
THE RESTO LOUNGE
Discover our charming lounge area, a true refuge in the heart of the hotel.
Adorned with a period fireplace that gives it a warm and characterful atmosphere, this multipurpose room can be transformed into a meeting space for your lakeside get-together, a cocktail bar to enjoy the latest house creations, or a reading room where you can dive into the latest Louise Penny. Our lounge embodies Le Pleasant's convivial spirit. It's the perfect place to relax and connect.
THE TERRACE
The terrace offers an ideal setting to experience the dolce vita of the Eastern Townships. Here, conversations flow gently, time stretches, and small pleasures take on their full significance. The calm atmosphere allows you to reconnect with loved ones or simply enjoy some time for yourself.
