YOUR ARRIVAL AND STAY

  • When can I check in to my room?

    We look forward to welcoming you from 4 p.m. If you would like to arrive earlier, please contact us at info@lepleasant.com or 450-538-6188. We will do our best to accommodate you.

  • Until what time can I enjoy my room on the day of departure?

    We invite you to vacate your room before 11 a.m. so we can prepare it for our next guests. If you'd like to extend your relaxation, our team will be happy to store your luggage.

  • When can I contact reception?

    During peak season, our team is available from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m., every day. During low season, our hours may be reduced and the reception may be closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.

  • Do you have parking?

    Absolutely. We offer free on-site parking, with 10 spaces reserved for our guests. Additional parking is available on Pleasant Street in the summer and in the Parc des Braves parking lot at all times.

  • Do you offer solutions for electric vehicles?

    We're proud to offer two charging stations: one for Tesla and one for universal use. Travel with peace of mind and an eco-friendly approach!

  • Is Wi-Fi available?

    Of course. Enjoy free high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the hotel to stay connected while you relax.

  • What is your bedding policy?

    Your comfort is our priority. We provide high-quality products. We offer hypoallergenic pillows and blankets. For those who prefer feather pillows, feather pillows are available upon request.

  • Where can I store my sports equipment?

    We understand the importance of your equipment. A secure storage area is available for your bicycles (ask for the key at reception). A dedicated storage area is available for skis and snowboards. For everyone's comfort, we ask that you do not bring this equipment up to your room (fees may apply).

  • Is the hotel accessible to people with reduced mobility?

    We regret that our charming Victorian-style building is not wheelchair accessible. All our rooms are accessible by stairs only.

  • What are the Café-Bistro's hours?

    Our Café-Bistro welcomes hotel guests every day from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. during high season. These hours may be reduced during low season.

  • What time is breakfast served?

    Start your day off right with our complimentary breakfast service, available to hotel guests every day from 8am to 10am during high season and with reduced hours during low season.

  • When is the Café-Bistro Menu offered and who can take advantage of it?

    The Café-Bistro Menu is available Friday through Sunday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. It is available to both non-residents and hotel guests.

  • Is there a bar in the hotel?

    Yes, our Café-Bistro has a full bar for hotel guests, open from 8am to 7pm daily during peak season. For a touch of refinement, you can add a bottle of wine, cider, or sparkling wine to your room when booking.

  • Do you serve dinners?

    Although our Café-Bistro does not serve dinner, we are surrounded by excellent restaurants on Main Street. Our team will be happy to share their favorites and help you make reservations.

  • Do you offer options for special diets?

    Absolutely. Our chef has created delicious vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and lactose-free options. For any allergies or special diets, please let us know in advance and we'll be happy to accommodate you.

  • Is service (tip) included?

    Service is not included, allowing you to express your appreciation based on your experience.

  • Do you have any twin rooms?

    Our rooms are designed to offer an intimate experience. While we don't have any twin rooms, some have a comfortable daybed that can be used as an extra bed (please let us know in advance if you're interested in this option).

  • Do you welcome groups?

  • How does booking work for Cocooning and Spa Balnea signature stays?

    For our signature stays with the Balnea Spa, we handle all the coordination. The Balnea team will contact you directly to schedule your admissions and treatments, ensuring a tailor-made experience.

    Although we love animals, we unfortunately cannot accommodate them in order to guarantee the comfort of all our guests.
