YOUR ARRIVAL AND STAY
When can I check in to my room?
We look forward to welcoming you from 4 p.m. If you would like to arrive earlier, please contact us at info@lepleasant.com or 450-538-6188. We will do our best to accommodate you.
Until what time can I enjoy my room on the day of departure?
We invite you to vacate your room before 11 a.m. so we can prepare it for our next guests. If you'd like to extend your relaxation, our team will be happy to store your luggage.
When can I contact reception?
During peak season, our team is available from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m., every day. During low season, our hours may be reduced and the reception may be closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.
Do you have parking?
Absolutely. We offer free on-site parking, with 10 spaces reserved for our guests. Additional parking is available on Pleasant Street in the summer and in the Parc des Braves parking lot at all times.
Do you offer solutions for electric vehicles?
We're proud to offer two charging stations: one for Tesla and one for universal use. Travel with peace of mind and an eco-friendly approach!
Is Wi-Fi available?
Of course. Enjoy free high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the hotel to stay connected while you relax.
What is your bedding policy?
Your comfort is our priority. We provide high-quality products. We offer hypoallergenic pillows and blankets. For those who prefer feather pillows, feather pillows are available upon request.
Where can I store my sports equipment?
We understand the importance of your equipment. A secure storage area is available for your bicycles (ask for the key at reception). A dedicated storage area is available for skis and snowboards. For everyone's comfort, we ask that you do not bring this equipment up to your room (fees may apply).
Is the hotel accessible to people with reduced mobility?
We regret that our charming Victorian-style building is not wheelchair accessible. All our rooms are accessible by stairs only.
What is your cancellation/modification policy?
Cancellation Policy:
Short stay (2 nights or less) and reservation of 2 rooms or less :
In the event of cancellation less than 48 hours before the arrival date, a fee equivalent to the first night of the room(s) will be applied (plus taxes).
Long stay (3 nights and more) and reservation of 3 rooms or more :
For cancellation made between 5 days and 48 hours before the arrival date, a fee of 50% of the total amount will be charged.
In the event of a cancellation less than 48 hours from the arrival date, the full amount will be due.
Modification of stay :
In the event of a modification, we will do our utmost to accommodate your request, if authorized.
No modification allowed within 48 hours of the arrival day.
After two modifications, the stay cannot be canceled or modified.
In case of no-show the full amount will be charged.
No refunds will be issued for early departure.

What are the restaurant's hours?
Monté Verdé Restaurant welcomes hotel guests every day for breakfast from 8 am to 10 am, and for lunch from Friday to Sunday 11 am to 3 pm.
Food lovers from the region who are not staying at the hotel are welcome from Wednesday to Sunday, 8 am to 10 am for breakfast, and from Friday to Sunday, 11 am to 3 pm for lunch.

What time is breakfast served?
Start your day off right with our breakfast service, available to hotel guests every day from 8 am to 10am during high season and with reduced hours during low season.
When is the Fresh Lunch Menu offered and who can take advantage of it?
The Fresh Lunch Menu is available Friday through Sunday from 11 am to 3 pm. It is available to both non-residents and hotel guests.
Is there a bar in the hotel?
Yes, our restaurant has a full bar for hotel guests, open from 8 am to 7 pm daily during peak season. For a touch of refinement, you can add a bottle of wine, cider, or sparkling wine to your room when booking.
Do you serve dinners?
Although our restaurant does not serve dinner, we are surrounded by excellent restaurants on Main Street. Our team will be happy to share their favorites and help you make reservations.
Do you offer options for special diets?
Absolutely. Our chef has created delicious vegetarian, gluten-free, and lactose-free options. For any allergies or special diets, please let us know in advance and we'll be happy to accommodate you.
Is service (tip) included?
Service is not included, allowing you to express your appreciation based on your experience.

How does your rate work ?
Our rate are dynamic and may vary based o the season, demand, local events and availability. The rate shown at the time of booking is the current rate for that specific period.
Do you have any twin rooms?
Our 2 junior suites with a king bed can be configured as two single beds. Please contact us in advance for this option (additional fees apply).
In addition, some other rooms feature a comfortable daybed that can be used as an extra bed (please let us know in advance if you're interested in this option).
Do you welcome groups?

How does booking work for Cocooning and Spa signature stays?
For our signature stays with the Balnea, spa et séjour nature, we handle all the coordination. The Balnea team will contact you directly to schedule your admissions and treatments, ensuring a tailor-made experience.

Do you accept pets?
Although we love animals, we unfortunately cannot accommodate them in order to guarantee the comfort of all our guests.
