CANCELLATION and MODIFICATION FEES for refundable rates

If your reservation is for a regular refundable rate, the policy below applies.

Short stay (3 nights or less) - If canceled within 48 hours of the expected date of arrival, charges equivalent to the first night will be due (plus taxes).

Long stay (4 nights and more) - If canceled within 5 days of the expected date of arrival, charges equivalent to the first night will be due (plus taxes).

Package - At any time, canceling or modifying a package will result in an administrative fee of $ 50 (plus taxes).
