Effective rates can be consulted by clicking on Book and specifying your stay details. As a reference, the standard rates in single or double occupancy are the following:

170$ Friday, Saturday and period considered as holidays

MODIFICATION OR CANCELLATION FEES
A 50$ fee, plus taxes, will be charged for any change to a reservation date or a cancellation within more than 7 days of planned arrival.
For a modification or a cancellation within 7 days of arrival, a fee equivalent to the first night plus taxes will be charged.
