Since June 2011, for a cocktail or a dinner experience, Le Pleasant's restaurant offers a selection of dishes to share, finely developed with local ingredients from the Eastern Townships and Quebec.
With the objective to offer you novelty and build on the success of this year, our restaurant will soon offer new surprises.
Watch for new dishes to share which will vary every week upon the seasons and arrivals, according to the inspiration of our chef, Michelle Besré.

In 2011, Le Pleasant celebrated its first anniversary. A busy year for a young enterprise evolving every day. Among the highlights, there is the opening of our restaurant with a menu finely developed, as well as the establishment of new partnerships with BALNEA SPA and DOMPIERRE LUDIQUE culinary workshops, with the objective of providing you with packages meeting your expectations.
The amazing press coverage which Le Pleasant has been the subject had a key role in the success achieved in 2011. However, the best support we have received is from our customers and we thank you.
