Within its Café area, in the lounge or on the terrace, Le Pleasant offers a selection of dishes designed for sharing, showcasing local products from Eastern Townships or other regions of Quebec.
Open for hotel guests or outside customers,Thursday to Sunday, from 5pm.
Concept
Le Pleasant now offers a regular menu and new dishes changing upon seasons and arrivals, upon the inspiration of our chef, Serge Thibault.
Various options are available to appreciate the menu offered at Le Pleasant:
A la carte, for small appetite or for groups when you want to taste and share multiple dishes from the menu.
Table d'hôte including an "amuse-bouche", an apetizer and a main dish, for sharing or not.
Discovery Menu, for those who would like to taste a larger selection of dishes from our menu.

At ATELIERS GOURMANDS DOMPIERRE LUDIQUE, the workshops are given by François Dompierre, composer, baker and Epicurean and allow the learning of various cooking techniques and eating the prepared food on site.
Cook in good company with our package including two nights accommodation, two breakfasts, one Discovery Menu dinner at Le Pleasant's restaurant and a four hours culinary workshop (16h to 20h Saturday). From $ 310 per person.

At the restaurant, at the lounge or on the terrace in the summer, Le Pleasant proposes an evening menu, designed for sharing and showcasing local products from the Eastern Townships or other regions of Quebec.
Open from Thursday to Sunday, as of 4pm.

Every weekend, from 8h à 12h on Saturdays and Sundays, the restaurant is opened for everyone.
