Parc d'Environnement Naturel de Sutton - snowshoe
Parc d'environnement naturel de Sutton offers an extensive network of 82 kilometers of trails for hikers, which guarantee they will find trails for their shoes. Indeed, the creative hiker will have the opportunity to use his imagination to plan routes always different from each other. In addition to the nature interpretation trail, the organization has also set up a team of hikers to guide visitors to visit the Sutton Mountains like these have never seen, maximizing their experiences.
Sutton en Haut - cross country ski and snowshoe
Remained authentic since 1973, the ski center "Sutton en Haut", located just before the ski center of Mont SUTTON, offers a diverse network of trails and beautiful views. The nature lovers can explore the wide open spaces and spectacular mountain scenery. You will find maple trees and pine forests that characterize this beautiful paradise. The center includes 15 ski runs forming a circuit of 32 km; 26 km linear Classic Ski and 6 km of off-piste skiing. In addition, the center now has 15 km of snowshoe trails divided into three levels beginner, intermediate and expert.
Au Diable vert - cross country ski and snowshoe
On the site of Au Diable Vert, a network of trails is laid out for hiking, skiing off-piste, telemark and snowshoeing. The wooden bridges built by craftsmen and the beauty of the streams will take you back to the time of the first arrivals. This network of 12 kilometers communicates with the "Parc d"'environnement naturel de Sutton" which accesses the highest peaks of the Sutton Mountains over 60 miles away, as well as the Eastern Townships Trails, which passes through the mountains of the Eastern Townships on more than 135 km. The latter is the Canadian continuity of the Long Trail of the Green Mountains of Vermont. The wide variety of trails, their quality and the opportunity they offer to discover pristine scenery will appeal to many types of customers.
